If a deposit fails due to a technical issue, a refund will be issued within 24 hours. If you have not received it within 48 hours, please contact Support with a screenshot of the transaction.

Min777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.
You may request permanent closure of your account at any time. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn beforehand, but pending bonuses will be forfeited.
Inactive Account Fee: An account may be declared inactive after 12 months of no transactions, and a maintenance fee of BDT 50 per month may be deducted. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
Min777 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The version published on the website following any such update will be considered the effective Terms.
